Business Manager
I’m a believer in the power of purpose — in business, in community, and within ourselves. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Workforce Growth, I’ve had the privilege of helping companies build stronger teams and more intentional cultures. As the founder of FractnHR, I partner with organizations to help them grow with clarity, compliance, and confidence. Beyond the workplace, I pour my energy into the Giving Group, a nonprofit I co-lead that uplifts veterans, kids, and pets through creative events and meaningful partnerships.
For me, giving is more than an act, it’s a way of life. I’m guided by the idea that transformation starts within, and when we align with that purpose, we create ripples that extend far beyond ourselves. Whether through empowering organizations, fostering community, or inspiring others to step into their own potential, my mission is simple: to live consciously, give generously, and leave behind a legacy of love and impact.
Fun fact: When I’m not giving back or building businesses, you can find me on the golf course working on my swing (and trying not to top the ball).

I’ve built my career at the crossroads of recruiting and operations, helping organizations connect with the right people and create processes that truly work for them. Human resources—whether it’s processes, employee relations, or compliance—has always been part of my journey as a Talent Acquisition professional. These experiences now give me a solid base to support the TA & HR verticals we’re offering through FractnHR.
By combining a human-first approach with the growing need for compliance, I’m excited about the unique position we’re in: helping businesses grow in a structured, healthy, and compliant way while enabling their teams to be their best selves. It’s a balance I’m deeply passionate about.
Beyond the professional side, I stay closely tied to my community through the Giving Group, a nonprofit organization that supports initiatives for kids, pets, and veterans. My favorite part of everything I do is the same: helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip to the sea, hiking the nearest forest preserve with our dog Wolfy, or chasing the joy of a scenic road trip.
Fun fact: I have an unhealthy love for karaoke (though whether I should have the mic is still up for debate) and a tendency to drop the occasional f-bomb—because sometimes passion just comes with a sailor’s vocabulary.
HR Specialist
As a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist, I thrive on connecting people with the right opportunities. I take pride in understanding each candidate’s story—what drives them, what they’re looking for, and how their skills can make an impact. My goal is simple: to create meaningful career matches that benefit both the talent and the client.
Outside of work, I’m deeply connected to nature and love to travel, finding inspiration in new places and people. I believe in the power of giving, whether it’s helping someone land their dream job or lending a hand to those in need.
Fun fact: I’m a Gen Z soul with an old-school mindset—I value authenticity, respect, and genuine human connection in everything I do.
